Leading Innovation and Cultural Transformation at Your School

Leading Innovation and Cultural Transformation at Your School

This workshop is exclusively for CFOs.

As a CFO, your role is pivotal in driving innovation and fostering a commitment-based culture within your independent school. Innovation is not about creating new things; it’s about building new practices that enhance institutional performance. Your leadership in managing financial resources and strategic planning is crucial in achieving both short- and long-term goals.

In this session, we will explore strategies that create an innovative culture and examine how CFOs can lead the transformational shift toward a commitment-based organization. You will learn how to guide this vital shift and  shape the way teams and departments work together, while discovering what it takes to transform breakdowns into opportunities for growth.

Learning Objective(s): Participants will learn how to develop a common language to lead and manage teams through change initiatives; learn strategies that accelerate positive cultural change and explore and embody skills that enable you and your teams to innovate successfully.
